1. Services Offered

Slexium provides a suite of automation and growth tools for dental practices, including:

Services may include one-time setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or custom enterprise solutions.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be legally able to enter contracts.
• Represent a licensed dental clinic or authorized business.

3. No Medical Advice

4. Payments & Billing

• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew.
• Payments support maintenance, infrastructure, and staffing.

If payment fails:

• Services may be paused immediately.
• Continued non-payment may result in termination of data handling.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only if:

1. The project has not started.
2. Request is made within 7 days of payment.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use services for illegal purposes
• Upload sensitive medical records publicly
• Attempt reverse engineering
• Resell or sublicense services
• Misrepresent AI as a human doctor

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Slexium reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Refuse service at its discretion.
• Protect business, legal, or ethical interests.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, AI systems, and materials remain the property of Slexium unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate enterprise agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slexium is not liable for:

• Missed appointments or scheduling errors.
• Lost revenue.
• AI inaccuracies.
• System downtime.
• Patient dissatisfaction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Slexium against claims arising from your use of the service, legal violations, or patient disputes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

Slexium may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
